MEASURED RESULTS CONSULTING

I hosted an overnight leadership retreat for my leaders featuring Ty Yokum and Measured Results.  I think there's three things that really differentiate them from other programs that I've used.  The first being the great content, including a personal development plan for all my leaders.  Ty actually followed up with us on those 30 to 60 days later. The second thing that really differentiates Measured Results is Ty’s knowledge of Chick-fil-A and his understanding of our values, not only today, but our history.  Ty had a personal relationship with Truett Cathy, and it's so powerful as he's leading my team. Lastly is Ty’s ability to engage my team. I learned as much watching Ty engage my team as I did from the content itself.  So I highly recommend Measured Results!  It is the best thing I've done for my leaders, and we’ll be using them again this year.
