About Measured Results

We partner with humble, hungry, and smart leaders and organizations to build cultures of awareness, ownership, and care where people thrive, trust is the norm, and results follow.

Our Story

As Elizabeth Slone, Dawn Lowe, and Ty Yokum were looking beyond their careers as executives serving world-leading organizations, they knew they each wanted to continue impacting people’s lives. They wanted to work with businesses committed to building leadership from the inside out. And, more than anything, they wanted to work together.

What started as a shared venture has grown and evolved over the years with the addition of many new, influential voices. Today, Elizabeth leads Measured Results, building on the firm's deep roots while expanding its reach, refining its offerings, and investing in what's next. Ty and Dawn remain an important part of the work they helped create, and their hearts shine through in everything we do.

Our Approach

Every partnership at MRC follows the same path, whether we are coaching a single leader or building a multi-year program across your organization. We call it Awareness, Action, Accountability - A³ for short - and it's the framework behind everything we do.

  • Awareness

Awareness comes first. Before any change can happen, leaders, teams, and organizations need an honest, clear-eyed view of where they stand today, including their strengths, blind spots, and the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

  • Action

Action turns that awareness into movement. For your leaders and teams, we equip them with practical skills, targeted goals, and development plans built around what matters most to your organization rather than generic, one-size-fits-all training or coaching. For your organization, action looks like custom systems and processes that echo your mission and values.

  • Accountability

Accountability makes the growth stick. What matters gets measured and what gets measured matters! Through consistent coaching, follow-through, and shared outcomes, we help your leaders, teams, and organizations build systems, habits, and behaviors that last. And we keep you in the loop every step of the way.

It's not a single event. It's a continuous cycle: as leaders grow, new awareness emerges, and the journey continues.
